Easter break was good, had family time, but overall the hotel was not that good. The food was tasty and the choices were good. The room was large just like we needed and had comfortable seating and clean. the location was ideal as we were close to the city center.
The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and gave us unnecessary attitude. During our stay we had a few issues with our room that we tried to reach the reception staff but they were always busy and wouldn't even take a moment to acknowledge us.

I recently had a delightful 3-night stay at a hotel in a charming area. the location was superb, offering picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and easy access to popular attractions. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable lounge area to relax in. the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet was a delicious start to each day, and the 3-course evening meals offered a choice of mouthwatering dishes. it was a wonderful experience.

The food was decent, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the location was nice as we were able to walk to nearby shops. the room was pretty spacious, which was helpful since we were staying over Christmas and had a lot of presents to spread out.
The decorations were outdated and a bit kitschy, which took away from the holiday spirit. the staff seemed disorganized and we had to ask multiple times for things like towels and extra pillows.
